The main objective of the Temple of the Amazonia Awakening is to encourage daughters of the Goddess to embrace their spirit of Amazonia, while training to become High Priestesses of our Divine Mother.

We follow the Witches' pentagram as our Wheel of the Year, honoring the five sacred sabbats.

Our Temple celebrates Diana's esbats, observing Her 13 lunar full moons.

The philosophy of the Temple of the Amazonia Awakening is:

We are a Goddess – centered religion.

We see energy as a continuous spiral of Life - organic and moving to the internal rhythms of Mother Gaea. Since we view life as a multi-dimensional expression of the Goddess, we also recognize that the Horned One can be honored at any time, as both Her son or consort, whenever it is desired.

We are Wiccans, honoring the Craft of the Wise.

We acknowledge the supremacy of ethical practices and progressive change, as reflected in the ever-turning Wiccan Wheel of Life. Wiccans originally believed that the formal energy construct of “male-female polarity” defined our Pagan-based religion for all Wiccans. We are now aware that energy moves and travels beyond this one "worldview" construct and understand that Wicca is continually evolving as life and our knowledge progressively change.

We are women who celebrate Dianic Wicca, through the spirit of Amazonia.

This approach embraces our lineage of feminist, McFarland, and the reclaiming traditions that have preceded our collective awakening spirit into Amazonia.
